We work hard to describe and price our products accurately. Colours and details may vary slightly by screen. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may correct errors, cancel affected orders, and issue refunds where needed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is captured through our secure partners at checkout. You may check out as a guest or with an account.

Many items are fulfilled by our supplier and print partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary. You will receive tracking updates by email when available.

Eligible items may be returned per the return details shown on the product and support pages. Certain items (e.g. personal-care, custom fabrication, and final-sale goods) may be non-returnable.

Custom 3D-printing and fabrication orders are made to your specification. Once production begins, these orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.

The store is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Daisy Collective is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the store.
